SZA – S.O.S.
It came out in December 2022. But after last year's list so here it is!

boygenius – The Record
One of the best and most important records of the last decade.

The National – Laugh Track
The National's second album of 2023 brought an energy I haven't felt from them for 10 years.

billy woods / Kenny Segal – Maps
My most listened to album of 2023.

Armand Hammer – We Buy Diabetic Test Strips
It's good and odd, my 2 favourite things.

Sampha – Lahai
The more I see Sampha play live the more I like him.

Noname – Sundial
Fearless.

L'Rain – I Killed Your Dog
Experimental and excellent.

Elisapie – Inuktitut
Translated and adapted classics.

Natural Wonder Beauty Concept
Odd, meditative, and trance-inducing.

Young Fathers – Heavy Heavy
Maybe the best live band right now with their best album to date.
