Bartees Strange – Farm to Table
I'm a couple years late to the Bartees Strange party, but I'm happy I'm finally here. This week I've been listening to Farm to Table non-stop. It's rocky, it's soulful, dancy, and feels fresh and new. Bartees also

One of my favourite groups from the last 10ish years is back with their first new album since 2018. Heavy Heavy is passionate, soulful and hypnotic. It is great just like the rest of Young Fathers' back catalogue of albums. SP
Happy 2023! New year, new look. I just heard Hounds by Puma Blue and I love it. The song is giving me Angel by Massive Attack energy, one of my all time favourite songs. That's all for now, I'm off to listen to other songs by
It's been a whole year since the last list?! Time doesn't mean anything anymore. This year I have 2 groups of albums. Group one are artists that I've never listened to previously that stopped me in my tracks and demanded my attention. Group two
I don't know what genre I'd call this album... alterna-dance-punk-house?! I sounds like it could be at home in the late 90s but sounds fresh as hell in 2022. Go listen, it is excellent. Special Interest – ENDURE
I love radio shows. There's an energy and excitement about someone sharing music they are enjoying with you. The weirder the better. In 2022 anyone can host a show that anyone can listen to anywhere. Many of my favourite artists are now hosting radio shows. What a time
Natalie Mering (Weyes Blood) has shared 2 songs from her upcoming album that sound like future classics from the 70s. Deep lyrics. Merose vibes. All goodness. SP
I love this album. Natural Brown Prom Queen by Sudan Archives. Brittney Denise Parks (Sudan Archives) recently has a great performance on Colbert. You should watch if only for the awesome violin contraption she's wearing! SP
Otis Jackson Jr. a.k.a. Madlib is prolific. So prolific he puts out music under many names; Quasimoto, Yesterdays New Quintet, Sound Directions, DJ Rels, Beat Konducta, The Loop Digga... Madlib released Sound Ancestors, one of my favourite albums of 2021, and has released at least 3 collab albums
I've been listening to all Beyoncé's Renaisance and Mr. Morale all the time the last few weeks. I love them. I haven't had too much to share... until this week! So many things! Get ready for links! Yeah yeah yeahs! Are! Back! Spitting Off
I am very impressed by the production level of this fashion show. It's the most creatively free and fearless commercial creativity I've seen in a long time. A lot of good things happened at the Louis Vuitton Men's Spring-Summer 2023 fashion show. 1. Kendrick
Clicky clicky. Click it. What else can I say? It's Beyoncé. It feels fresh and nostalgic at the same time. 🐝
